Please see below the terms and conditions for the offers we have announced. Please note only one offer per person in all circumstances.

WHITENING OFFERS

  1. Whitening treatment has to be carried out after a complete examination to be eligible for the special prices .
  2. Offer is open to all patients including those not registered at the practice.
  3. All patients will require an examination to check for suitability for either treatment this needs to take place before the whitening treatment is booked.
  4. Offer available subject to availability.
