Normally, if you’ve seen the dentist in the last 2 years your registration is still in effect. According to your records, it’s been over 5 years since we last saw you.

Currently, you are now deregistered as a patient at YOR Dental. If you are looking to reinstate your registration, please fill in the form below to book your dental examination for £75 (usually £125)

Please note this offer is valid for two weeks. After two weeks, the cost to re-register will be our usual price of £125.
