At your free consultation, we will assess your teeth and gums and make sure that you are a suitable candidate for six months braces. We can talk to you more in detail about the process for Six Month Smiles.
Once your custom-made braces have been made, we will invite you back to YOR Dental practice in Salford Quays to fit your braces.
This is a painless process and usually takes about an hour to complete. First, we attach the clear brackets to the front of your teeth. Once the brackets are in place, we will then thread through the tooth-coloured wire. Small elastic bands may be attached, which helps to increase the pressure on your teeth, and this pressure gradually straightens your teeth.
